OIl and Gas Company was founded May 19, 1994 and entered into the registry 22 November 2002, under RF Government
Ordinance No.305 dated April 8, 1994 and Regulation of the Council of Ministers
of the Republic of Belarus (RB) No.589-р also in 1994. The key founders
of Kabbalkneftetopprom were the State Property Committee of the Russian Federation and the
State Property Ministry of the Republic of Belarus with 86.3% and 7.2% of
initial allocation in the Company’s equity, respectively.
